Rubbish Removal Services from Clearabee

Read Time: 4 mins

Since 2013, Clearabee have lead the industry and gained enough experience to know that you need flexibility with your rubbish removal services. That’s why we complement our rubbish removal bag services with our ‘Man and Van’ style Clearances and our Skip Hire services. Let’s take a look:

‘Man and Van’ Style Clearances

When it comes to waste clearance services, our ‘Man and Van’ style clearances are becoming increasingly popular and it’s easy to see why: it’s our fastest, most flexible and most cost-effective service. Whether it’s bulky rubbish such as bedroom wardrobes, the contents of your cleared-out shed or a pile of mixed, unwanted waste, our ‘Man and Van’ teams can manage it all.

You can either send us a photo of the waste you want collected and we can provide a quote online, or you can pay the call-out fee upfront and we’ll assess the waste from your property. Either way, we can collect as much or as little as you want.

We can often collect your rubbish on the very same day, especially if you contact us before 1pm. What’s more, if your unwanted items can be left outside, then you don’t even need to be at the property when we collect. Our field team will send you an SMS to let you know when they’re on their way as well as a tracking link so you can follow our progress.

Once the collection has taken place, we’ll also send you a digital Waste Transfer Note so that you have a record to show that your waste has been disposed of responsibly. The note will detail the time of the collection, the items which have been collected and the waste transfer location that they have been taken to. The note will also document the diversion from landfill rate, which is usually at least 95% so you’ll know that you’re doing your bit for the planet too.

Skip Hire

If you’re taking on a bigger project such as a renovation, refurb or garden clear-out, then you might want to think about hiring a skip instead. Our skip hire periods are 14 days so you’ll have a fortnight to get all of your rubbish organised and loaded into the skip before the collection takes place. This is a great option for an ongoing project – especially one which might end up creating more mess than you first envisaged.

Our skips can be delivered during the next day (but do check our website for updates on skip hire waiting times) and if you need the hire period to be extended, then simply let us know before the period expires. Simply remember to only fill the skip to a level load and to avoid including any prohibited items such as food waste, hazardous waste (like monitors, TV’s or fridges,), chemicals and plasterboard or gypsum.

As with our ‘Man and Van’ service, we’ll provide a digital Waste Transfer Note following the collection for you records and your peace of mind. When booking your skip hire, we can also advise as to whether or not you’ll need a skip permit or if you’ll need to apply for parking suspensions. However, these are not usually applicable if you are the landowner and you are intending to situate the skip on your drive.

Take a look at our Skip Permit FAQs for further information on whether or not you’ll need a skip permit.

Skip Bags

Available in three sizes which can accommodate almost any waste removal, renovation or home refurb job you can think of, Skip Bags are all about your convenience.

Whichever size of Skip Bag you decide on, it can be delivered to you during the next working day in a flat-packed, rolled or folded state so you don’t need to be at home and waiting around for a delivery. If you buy a Bag and Collection, then you have six months from placing your order in which to fill your Skip Bag and arrange your collection.

This means that you can get straight on filling the bag or you can leave it until you’re good and ready; it’s up to you. Just leave the Skip Bag within 4 metres of the road once it’s full so we’re able to collect it and make sure you avoid filling it with food waste, hazardous waste (like monitors, TV’s or fridges,), chemicals and plasterboard or gypsum. It really is that easy.

Be sure to check out our Skip Bag FAQ pages if you have further questions about our rubbish removal bags.

Otherwise, if you’re ready to start getting rid of your unwanted rubbish, book your rubbish removal, request a quote or contact us by telephone.

Removing rubbish. It’s what we do.
