Once we are on our way to your property, we’ll send you an SMS to keep you updated, though we may not be able to provide an exact arrival time.

Please ensure we have access to your items. If we cannot access them or you are not at your property, a £29.99 fee will be charged for the wasted journey, and the remaining balance will be refunded.

Your collected items will be taken to one of our approved Commercial Waste Transfer Stations, and you will receive a Waste Transfer Note. 

This note will detail the location of your items, the vehicle used for removal, and the percentage of materials that were recycled or diverted from landfill.
