If you’re scheduling the collection yourself, select the items you want Clearabee to responsibly remove and add them to your order. 

Finally, make your payment, choose your collection day, and we’ll handle the rest. 

Arrange the items you’ve selected for collection and group them together. 

You can leave them indoors if you’ll be at the property during the collection, but we recommend placing them outside for easier access without disturbing you. 

Once we are on our way to your property, we’ll send you an SMS to keep you updated, though we may not be able to provide an exact arrival time. 

Please ensure we have access to your items. If we cannot access them or you are not at your property, a £29.99 fee will be charged for the wasted journey, and the remaining balance will be refunded. 

Your collected items will be taken to one of our approved Commercial Waste Transfer Stations, and you will receive a Waste Transfer Note. 

This note will detail the location of your items, the vehicle used for removal, and the percentage of materials that were recycled or diverted from landfill.
