If you’re scheduling the collection yourself, select the items you want Clearabee to responsibly remove and add them to your order. 

Finally, make your payment, choose your collection day, and we’ll handle the rest. 

Organise the items that you have chosen for collection and group them all together.  

These can be left indoors if you will be present at your property for your collection, but we recommend that the items are left outside so we can access them without disturbing you. 

Once we are en route to your property, we’ll send you an SMS to keep you informed, though we may not be able to provide an exact arrival time.

Please ensure we have access to your items. If we cannot access them or you are not at your property, a £29.99 fee will be charged for the wasted journey, and the balance will be refunded.

Your collected items will be taken to one of our approved Commercial Waste Transfer Stations, and you will receive a Waste Transfer Note. 

This note will detail the location of your items, the vehicle used for removal, and the percentage of materials that were recycled or diverted from landfill.
