Man & Van Clearance

Man and Van Clearance

We’re the UK’s largest ‘man and van’ style rubbish clearance company and we operate a large in-house fleet of vehicles with directly-employed clearance teams. Our rubbish clearance service is very flexible when compared to a skip hire service, allowing you to choose almost any size of clearance.

We’re happy to clear more or less waste on the day, leaving you in control. We can usually clear your rubbish on the very same day, or during a day of your choice. We divert over 95% of the rubbish we collect away from landfill and offset the CO2 from our vehicles by over 150%.

Before We Arrive

tick Our field staff will give you a call to let you know when they are on their way to your property.

tick A tracking link will also be emailed to you so you can follow our progress and an arrival alert will be sent to you once our team is ready to begin the job.

tick Please make sure that our van will be able to park without violating any parking restrictions. If parking charges are in place, these need to be met by the customer before the job can begin.

Upon Arrival

tick In order to document the collection, a ‘Before and After’ photograph will be taken of the rubbish that needs removing.

tick Once you are satisfied that the job has been completed, our field staff will sign the PDA on your behalf to avoid unnecessary contact.

After We’ve Left

tick A digital Waste Transfer Note will be sent to you which details the nature of the collection or clearance, the time it was collected and the details of the vehicle which was used. This will be kept for our records and for future reference.

tick Upon request, we are able to let you know at which local Waste Transfer Station your collection has been disposed of, as well as the recycle rate.

Skip Hire

Pretty skip

Our skip hire service is the ideal solution if you need to keep waste on-site for a period of time or if the waste is particularly heavy. Most of the skips we offer can be delivered during the next day with flexible removal options and we have a range of skip sizes to suit. 

Skip hire terms are for 14 days before an automatic collection takes place. Our office staff can advise as to whether or not you will require to purchase a skip permit or if you will have to pay a charge to use a parking bay.

On the Day of Delivery

tick An HGV will be dispatched and your skip delivery will take place during your named-day as requested.

tick Please ensure beforehand that there is adequate access for the HGV to place the skip and that your planned skip location is free from obstacles and debris.

Upon Arrival

tick Your skips will be delivered and placed as per your instructions. Clearabee cannot accept responsibility for damage caused to your property as a result of placing the skip.

tick Once the skip is placed, our field staff will sign the necessary documents on your behalf to avoid unnecessary contact.

Booking a Collection

tick Contact our office to book your skip collection. Otherwise, your skip will be automatically collected at the end of the 14-day period.

tick Make sure that your skip is accessible, with the same requirements as with delivery. Also, make sure that the skip does not exceed a level load.

Skip Bag

Unwanted waste

We offer a fast and flexible skip bag service covering most of the UK. Our skip bags are a great solution for allowing you to contain both bulky and light waste with the peace of mind of a fixed price.

Skip Bags can be delivered during the next working day and filled at your convenience at any point within 6 months before booking your collection. Skip bags are eco-friendly and we endeavor to recycle or divert from landfill at least 95% of all that we collect.

Before Delivery

tick Your Skip Bag will be delivered to you via the post in a flat-packed, folded or rolled state, depending on the size of the bag ordered.

tick Skip Bags are usually delivered on a next-working-day basis.

Upon Delivery

tick Once the job has been completed to your satisfaction, our field staff will sign the PDA on your behalf to avoid unnecessary contact.

Booking a Collection

tick Contact our office or go online to book your named-day Skip Bag collection.

tick Make sure that your Skip Bag is accessible and at a distance of no more than 4 metres from the road, unless previously agreed with our office staff. Also make sure that the Skip Bag is not overflowing.

Before Collection

tick An HGV will be dispatched and your Skip Bag collection will take place during your named-day as requested.

tick If your collection is being attended to by our Man and Van service, a tracking link will be emailed to you and an arrival alert will be sent once our team is ready to begin the job.

tick Access for an HGV will be required unless a Man and Van collection has been booked via our office staff. In either case, the responsibility of parking and accessibility sits with the customer.

As the UK’s largest in-house clearance company, we’re very experienced at collecting and recycling sofas. We offer a fixed-price service with 24/7 ordering available. In many cases, we can collect your sofa on the very same day. As well as sofas, we can remove almost any type of waste which can be charged for on the day of collection and need not be pre-booked.

We are the UK’s largest on-demand clearance company, collecting from thousands of homes every month. Our wheelie bin service is designed specifically for the on-demand emptying of your household waste bin, so you can be safe in the knowledge it is being recycled and that all of the carbon from the collection is being offset.
