Our house clearance and house removals service are available to customers across the UK. As part of our home clearance service we are able to remove waste from inside or outside the home and our clearance teams are made up of one and two person teams depending on the requirement.
Our service is very flexible which means you can add more or less on the day and we are able to clear and recycle almost all items found in the home, making this a highly convenient service for our customers.

As we offer flexible load sizes, you can add more or less items on the day, which provides for a very dynamic house clearance solution and means we can nearly always complete the whole collection for you, even if you end discovering more items you want clearing when we arrive.

Services Available for House Clearance:
We offer a range of waste, recycling and clearance services suitable for your house clearance. Our ‘rubbish clearance’ service is our most flexible and recommended for a house clearance, but some customers also like to consider our skip hire and skip bag services. These are fixed prices and you can fill in your own time. Alternatively, if you just have some bulky items like sofas, then our sofa removal service could be for you.
Green House Clearances
Once we have completed your house clearance, we transport the items to a commercial recycling facility. The items are sorted and wherever possible recycled or re-used. Across the UK we divert over 95% of the items we collect away from landfill. Most of our vehicles are built on a modern lightweight chassis, reducing our co2 compared to conventional chassis and we offset 100% of the carbon from our fleet of vehicles through our extensive UK tree planting and other environmental initiatives.
Book a House Clearance
Our house clearance service can be booked online or we can call you to arrange. We can usually clear the very same day, but many customers do choose to plan a clearance a few days ahead of time.
Work out how much you need clearing
We recommend you estimate the amount you need removing when booking to give you an indication of the price, but don’t worry we can usually remove more or less on the day so you don’t need to be exact. We will always confirm a final price before we start. Payment is taken by card, so there is no need to have cash available on the day.
Sit back and we’ll get clearing
We will load the waste for you, including from indoors and upstairs, or outdoors. You can sit back and wait for us to finish and there is no need for you to help and we are happy to collect from multiple rooms. If there is a lot of loose items, you may wish to consider bagging this first.
Your waste is recycled
Once we have completed loading, we’ll transfer the items to a commercial Materials Recycling Facility. From here the items will be sorted and wherever possible recycled. When the vehicle arrives at the facility, we notify you via email, giving you confidence that your items have been handled correctly.
We also offset the carbon from the transportation, thanks to our UK tree planting.
